## Production boundaries

- Canonical API: ICP Candid canisters.
- Spatial writes: EPSG:4326 Polygon and MultiPolygon WKB with bounded H3 hints.
- Normal reads: dataset-filtered, paginated, and viewport-bounded.
- MCP: read-only local stdio; no dataset writes, token market, custody, or credit top-up tools.
- TRMG: utility-only spatial write credits, oracle credits, and governance support.
- Internal token market, custody, fiat on-ramp, and TermiNode-operated exchange surfaces are disabled without written legal approval and an approved or licensed partner route.
